Independent Wine cooperative created in 1930, we celebrated our 90th anniversary in 2020!
Tour Saint Martin now brings together around thirty winegrowers producing many grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the whites (to name a few).
This diversity allows us to produce wines under different appellations, the main one being of course the AOC Minervois. Our wines are frequently rewarded such as our “Tour Saint Martin” range which was awarded with two medals in 2020 (Gold and Silver) at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
Our winegrowers are committed to eco-responsible approaches, in fact, one of them has focused on certified AB products and most of them are committed to an HVE (“High Environmental Value”) process for products that are always more qualitative and respectful of nature.
35 winemakers working 300 hectares of vines
17000 Hl of wine produced under our different appellations
Solidarity, responsibility, democracy and transparency are the backbone of the cooperative members who work in this direction every day. Everyone has the right to speak and every word counts. It is thanks to this affirmation of “one for all and all for one” that our cellar is still existing and evolving.
