Ageing in vat for 12 months.
Light filtration in our winery before the bottling
Shiny dark ruby with purple reflects.
Strong and sophisticated with notes of red matured fruits, spices and garrigues scents.
Mellow and structured on the palate with silky tannins. Long lasting and delicate aroma of pepper, violet and dark olive.
To be served at 18°C.
Perfect with traditional meal such as grilled lamb chops, duck breast or T-bone. Excellent with fine cheese.
